Chef Christine loves to help you entertain groups up to 25. We’ll have a little chat about the occasion, the guest list, and the menu. Then, we can come up with an estimate of the cost. Of course, I’ll prepare everything in a certified commercial kitchen and deliver it, and even help come up with innovative ways to display and serve all the goodies.

I, Chef Christine, have been known to go on a diet or two (or ten) in my time. I am conversant with low carbohydrate, low fat, diabetic, gluten free and other eating plans. Have you ever said “I could stay on this daggone (or other adjective) diet, if somebody else would do the cooking for me!” I’m that somebody. I will cook it and count the calories, carbs, fat and protein grams for you.
