Can we talk?
We’ll have a consultation to assess your likes, needs, special dietary requirements and requests. For example, you may want to stay within diabetic guidelines, or follow a low carb or low fat diet. How about vegetarian offerings? We can do that too. Of course, I know you’re busy, and you may want to say “surprise me.”
We’ll cook up a plan.
Based on our initial chat, I’ll modify all of my recipes to reflect your wants and needs, and include family favorites you’ve requested. All you have to do is approve the meal selections, and pay in advance of your cooking date.
Next, the part you’ll love: I do the work!
I’ll do all the shopping, preparation, and cooking. All your meals will be prepared in the safety of a commercial, Department of Health approved kitchen. After cooking, I divide and package entrees into portions and begin the cooling process to preserve the quality of food for safety reasons. After everything is cooled down properly, I cover, label and date each meal before refrigeration or freezing. Sanitation is a priority! I am certified in safe food practices through the National Restaurant Association ServSafe test.
I deliver, you eat!
I’ll deliver your meals, complete with heating instructions for each entree, plus receipts for the cost of groceries. Then we’ll talk about your next cooking date. Entrees come already frozen, or you may request any number of entrees to be delivered fresh and ready to reheat for use that day.
