All about Christine
My passion for cooking and family time led me to start my own personal chef service. Raised in a family of great cooks, I learned hearty palate-pleasing cooking from my grandmother and mother. Then, after rearing and nurturing my own family I fine-tuned my culinary expertise at various cooking schools. Most recently, I graduated from the Academia Barilla in Parma, Italy. I learned to make an exquisite Italian lasagna, gnocchi--as well as many practical professional chef techniques.
Bringing back dinner.
Remember when the dinner table was where you sat and caught up with each other every day? My boys had to move their homework, just to set the table. And even if they grumbled about doing the dishes, they knew they belonged.
The more hectic and complex life becomes, the more important family dining is. In fact, it’s even a precursor to success. Studies show that kids who eat dinner with the family are five times more likely to have higher grades, regardless of gender, family structure or socioeconomic level. What can influence your kids more than anything else you do? Having dinner with them.
Let me help you bring back dinner!
